Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS ex China, with tracking record.  Delivery time  is between 12 and 15 days depending on the destination.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Shipping is calculate following weight and location.

We advise you to group your items in one order. 

We cannot group two or more distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Should you not be happy with your purchase you can return the goods.

The right to return goods is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also met:

• the goods must not have been used, washed or damaged;
• the goods must be returned in their original packaging
• the package must contain the return form on which the reason for return must be indicated
• the returned goods must be sent to Kvoll-Fashion.com in one delivery. We reserve the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and mailed at different times;

The returns are to be made to the shipper address listed on your parcel.
For returns from European countries only please contact contact@kvoll-fashion.com" to provide you with a european address.
If the goods are returned according to the procedure and terms indicated in this paragraph, Kvoll-Fashion.com will refund any amount already received for the purchase of the goods, less the delivery cost, unless proven that Kvoll-Fashion made a mistake in the ordered goods, in such case the full amount will be reimbursed.

The refund will occur  in any case within thirty (30) days of the date when Kvoll-Fashion.com was informed of your returning the goods and their reception.

If the procedure and terms for exercising your right to return the goods have not been respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not have the right to the refund of the amount already paid to Kvoll-Fashion.com however, you can have the goods returned to you in the state in which you sent them back, at your cost.
